Mr. Deutsch’s experience includes working as a trial and appellate attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice. He has handled immigration-related cases in federal courts throughout the United States for the Immigration Service, State Department, and Labor Department. He has also served as an attorney in several published, precedent-setting immigration law cases before federal courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. Deutsch worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, gaining valuable experience . He holds a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and served as the editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. Additionally, he earned a B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
